ENGIE Impact Team Roles
Client Success Representative (CSR) – Owns day-to-day operational needs for invoice data management and will be your point of contact for inquiries and resolution on processing and payments of vendor invoices (possible interruptions of service, GL updates, GL file/consolidation issues, new accounts, Platform reporting questions, data integrity inquiries)
Client Success Manager (CSM) – Owns the oversight and delivery of all ENGIE services and will be your point of contact for service management, deliverables, and escalations
Senior Manager, Client Success – Oversees the CSR and CSM team, acting as an additional point of escalation when needed
Growth Manager – Owns strategic growth and overall contract management and will be your point of contact for support on your strategic goals, contract management, and future needs

If you receive bills that need paid while ENGIE works to register the account electronically or update the account billing address, please email invoice copies. Note that the invoice must be complete (containing all pages) in PDF format with one bill per file for ENGIE Impact to process them. There will be delays in payment for any incomplete invoices received.
