On the opposite side of the hill, there is a lot on Maplecroft that overlooks the 14th, 15th, and 16th holes. The two largest lots available both offer the option for a walkout lower level. All of the lots can accommodate any of the 5 home styles along with the 3 car garage.
Once you have chosen the location and style, we meet with the architect to customize the floor plans to suit your lifestyle. This can range from moving walls, to expanding the footprint. Our goal is to bring your vision to life.
