ADVISOR SPOTLIGHT: Jason Silvernale

Jason Silvernale is a passionate Realtor with a deep love for historic properties and a dedication to preserving the rich heritage of his community. His journey through various Montana towns has brought him back to Butte, where he's found his true calling in real estate.

Jason’s Montana roots run deep. Born in Havre and raised on his mother’s farm in Ledger, Montana, he graduated from Conrad and later attended Montana Tech in Butte, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business & Information Technology. His connection to the state’s vastness and its diverse regions has given him a unique perspective. To Jason, Montana is more than just a place; it’s a tapestry of history, pride, and unparalleled beauty.

Before embarking on his real estate career, Jason ventured into flooring design and sales, as well as sports photography and photojournalism. However, it was his passion for historic properties and the desire to find stewards who would cherish and revitalize these treasures that led him to real estate.

With two years of experience under his belt, Jason specializes in historic and character-rich properties, particularly in Butte. His approach sets him apart from the rest; seeking to connect with clients who share his enthusiasm for preserving historic buildings and contributing to the community. His firsthand experience with renovations and his own residence in a historic home allow him to offer realistic guidance to clients.

Jason’s dedication to his craft has not gone unnoticed. He’s currently working toward his GRI Certification, and in 2023, he was nominated for Rookie of the Year by the Rocky Mountain Association of Realtors. He also holds the distinction of selling the most expensive home in Uptown Butte, according to MLS records.

Beyond real estate, Jason’s interests include a fascination with historical events and relics, sparked by his family’s involvement in restoring the Orpheum Theater in Conrad. He actively serves as a Board Member for Butte Citizens for Preservation and Revitalization and as the Board Chair for Butte Historic Trust, working to renovate at-risk historic structures in the National Landmark District.

When he’s not working on historic buildings, you can find Jason cheering for the Chicago Cubs or enjoying the latest Hollywood releases at the Historic Washoe Theater & Silver Bow Drive-In.

Jason’s family, friends, and his feline companion, Bootsy the Cat, complete the picture of a passionate Realtor deeply connected to Butte’s history and its promising future.
