In this introduction to the world of falconry with an expert guide, you will get up close with this magnificent bird while learning how to train his flying. Set in the Carfalowoods of Castelfalfi estate, you will be guided through a walk in nature and learn about the art of falconry.

Experience the harmony that yoga produces and practice awareness. Improve your posture and gain flexibility as well as activating the microcirculation of the whole body. As you stroll along cobbled streets, your expert guide will share stories of noble families, ancient traditions, and the captivating events that have passed through these very walls.
TRUFFLE HUNTING
Take a walk in the woods of the Estate with a local truffle expert, who will tell you about the various types of truffles that grow in the region. But the real protagonists of truffle hunting are the dogs: with their sublime nose, they snuffle around to detect the mushrooms hidden beneath the soil.

Create your own masterpieces with eco-printing, a technique where the natural colors of plants such as roots, flowers, leaves and berries are permanently transferred onto fabric, resulting in one-of-a-kind prints, each a unique work of art that celebrates the beauty of nature. The unveiling of the masterpieces will take place the following afternoon (15 minutes) and the completed works of art will be delivered before leaving Castelfalfi.
OLFACTORY EXPERIENCE
Engage your senses in this immersive journey exploring the power of scent in event design. Through interactive exercises, you will discover how fragrances are perceived, their connection to colors, and their impact on ambiance.
The experience concludes with insights on integrating fragrance into events, and each guest will receive a bespoke ambiance fragrance as a parting gift.
