The Porsche Centre
Belfast
The Porsche Centre Belfast is the official Porsche dealer in Northern Ireland and part of the Agnew Group. Located in the heart of the Titanic Quarter, the state of the art facility delivers an experience that lives up to the Porsche name.
The plot was unused land in the former industrial area of Belfast and was an addition to the original £6 million development completed in 2017. With limited space on site and a tight build programme to limit disruption to continued trade, energystore TLA® was an excellent fit.

“Energystore TLA® was the perfect fit for this project. The site had limited space and the roof was very exposed so storing materials on site would not have been possible. We had the insulation batched to our requirements and brought to site and installed. The mix was consistent and helped keep our programme on schedule. The uniformity of TLA on the roof has provided a single continuous insulated layer reducing any thermal bridging concerns within the roof design.
