July Workday Onboarding During the first week in May an email will be sent to you with information about onboarding with Workday. The email will be sent to the email you used to apply to Endicott. The email includes a job aid to assist in your account creation. If you did not receive that email, you can contact admission@endicott.edu Activate your Endicott email address You should have received a link through the email address you applied with. If you are having trouble, submit a ticket through endicott.freshservice.com/support/home Registration for Orientation, Onboard, and The Nest Prep Series begins on May 4 Register for Summer Orientation, Summer Onboard, and The Nest Prep Series. Registration for these programs requires using your Endicott email: apply.endicott.edu/portal/orientationportal Complete the accommodation process, if applicable Visit The Center for Accessibility Services for further details. Get your Gull Card Be sure to download your Gull Card to your phone: Endicott’s official College ID. July 1 Required Health Form and Immunization Record Deadline ALL STUDENTS must complete the health form by uploading it to Workday no later than July 1, 2026. The health form can be found at endicott.edu/orientation July 8 Application Deadline for Housing Accommodations for the 2026–27 academic year. July 26 Complete the online health insurance waiver. You will be billed for health insurance if you do not complete the online waiver form at universityhealthplans.com/Endicott. Submit Tuition payment Please view your financial account in Workday and submit payment for your fall charges. Payment plans begin in July for the fall semester. Sign up for Academic Coaching Consider signing up to meet regularly with a professional academic coach. Set goals, build skills, and discover your unique path to academic success. This is a fee-forservice program. Get your passport! Endicott students are encouraged to study abroad during their time at the Nest, and getting your passport is an important first step. August June 2: New Student Housing Application Opens The link to submit your application is endicott.starrezhousing.com/StarRezPortalX/login June 16 Summer Orientation Registration Deadline. June 21-22 Check for an email from your Orientation Leader (OL). Your OL is an important resource for you and your orientation group throughout the summer and your first semester at Endicott. June 23, 24, or 25 Attend Summer Orientation. This day-long session will be an opportunity to familiarize yourself with campus, meet faculty and staff, and get to know your future classmates. Attendance at the Summer Orientation is for first-year students and their family members. Plan Ahead Contact your roommate(s) to discuss expectations and decide who is bringing certain amenities. Visit endicott.edu/ residencelife to review what to bring and what not to bring. Review Textbook Information Review your class schedule for textbook information and review book rental and purchasing options with the Endicott Bookstore. Visit endicott.bncollege.com for more information. Sign up for GradGuard Tuition Refund Insurance. Being unable to complete the semester as planned is not something you can predict.
