He lives in Venezuela since 1950. In 1963 he en- rolled at the School of Visual Arts Cristobal Rojas, which followed the free courses and Engraving Decoration latter dictated by Luis Guevara Moreno. However, their formation was mainly self-taught, in contact with nature and taking as an example the work of Barbaro Rivas, who was resident in Petare, where Von Dangel population has always lived. He was part of ArtmagedoĚ n group whose activities were developed in the Helena Gallery Pavlu and in 1973 and 1974 was invited to the I and II Award Ernesto Avellan, at the Sala Mendoza. In 1981 he made his first trip to Europe. With the return of the fourth ship , monumental work of 5 x 10 m, attends the Biennale of Sao Paulo in 1983. Major solo exhibitions: Society Maraury, Petare, 1965. Spiral Gallery, 1966; Gallery 22, 1969; Gallery The Ave that rained, 1972; Gallery Felix, 1982; Sala Mendoza, 1982; Gallery Sotavento, 1986; Gallery Artisnativa, 1987, 1988; Armitano Art Center, Caracas, 1989; MACCSI, 1990; Museum of Contemporary Art Mario Abreu, Maracay, Aragua, 1993; Retrospective Exhibition 1963-1993, GAN, 1994. The latter year he participated as the sole representative of Venezuela at the Venice Biennale, Italy. Miguel von Dangel won the National Award for 1992 Arts Other rewards: only mention, Painting Juvenile Hall, Casa de la Cultura, Petare, Miranda state; Job Foundation Southern Cross, II Prize Ernesto Avellan, Exhibition Hall of Mendoza, 1974 Foundation; award from the International Association of Art Critics (AICA), 1991; Prize exhibition "Eco Art", Rio de Janeiro, 1992, an event that accompanied the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development.

The textile of this dress was totally hand-cut ... the idea was to capture a work of art by the German-Venezuelan artist Miguel Von Dangel in a garment, I chose this model because it maintained the characteristics I was looking for as straight lines and cuts that make to a more natural woman.

The publishing house was founded by Mosquera and his partner Alejandro Salas, engraver, poet, essayist and sharp literary critic. The project arises from the need to publish a poem by John Ashbery, American writer and maximum exponent of the School of New York, which until then had not been translated into Spanish, so Salas himself took the task of taking it to your language and create a book that will represent the value of this work. The final product is exquisite: silk threads, hand-stitched velvet cases, gold-plated rings, papers made of cotton (acidfree to guarantee its preservation), original engravings by artists such as Gego, Miguel von Dangel and Miguel Arguinzones.

-In the month of October 1982, Room 1 was inaugurated, in response to an existing need in the area for spaces conducive to the development of artistic and cultural activities, in this way Sidor offers the Ciudad Guayana community an alternative to the enjoyment of the diverse artistic manifestations. -Individual and collective exhibitions of artists of national and international renown were held, such as: Henry Moore, Francisco Narvaez, Mateo Manaure, Carlos Cruz Diez, Alirio Palacios, Miguel Von Dangel, Régulo Pérez, Anibal Ortizpozo, Paul Klose, Manuel de la Fuente, Jacobo Borges, Bárbaro Rivas, Armando Reverón, Botero, among others. -The Sidor Art Room becomes a reference for national and international plastic arts, developing, in turn, multiple concert programs, workshops, courses, conferences, lectures and literary gatherings. -In June of the year 2000, a remodeling is carried out and Room 2 is incorporated, with the purpose of having a space destined to the promotion of young talents of the region.
