Julio Blanco, was born in San José, Caracas - Venezuela. He graduated from the famous Escuela de Artes Plásticas Cristóbal Rojas, and is a professor of plastic arts. He has made numerous exhibitions inside and outside his country. His work has been recognized with various awards nationally and internationally. He is currently developing a new pictorial tendency called Conceptual Expressionism.
