For Kendal Centre: You will need to be available for a minimum of three evenings per week from 4pm - 7pm on a Tuesday and from 5pm - 8pm on every other evening. Some weekend work will be required, which is on a rota basis. For Windermere Centre: You will need to be available for a minimum of three evenings per week. FINANCE ASSISTANT (32 hours per week)


We are looking for an articulate and numerate individual to join our administrative team. You will need your own transport as you may be required to travel between our 2 offices in Carnforth and Kendal. Reporting directly to our Business Manager you will assist with the weekly inputting of wages of over 100 staff and assist with our monthly invoice run to over 300 clients. There are aspects of credit control within the role, along with the processing of supplier invoices and payment runs. There will also be basic administrative duties within the role. You must be computer literate and have good communication skills. Experience of Sage Line 50 is preferable and experience of working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word is essential. This post is 32 hours a week which must include all day Monday and Tuesday, the remaining hours/days can be agreed upon appointment.
