Understanding the fact that it will need us all to join hands to accomplish this ultimate goal, employHER is here with a bigger vision and mission to make workplaces more diverse and inclusive.

Employher employHER is the first of its kind talent intelligence video platform. We aim at creating opportunities for the talent which has long been underrepresented. Our mission is to balance diversity and equality in the workplace by creating a professional community for women and gender-diverse people.

Our Founder Preet Sohi, founder and CEO of employHER is the mind behind this amazing mission. She is an exceptional leader, a motivator, a career coach, and a mentor. While working in the recruitment and sourcing field for over a decade, she identified a lot of gaps in the process and decided to bridge those gaps.
