2025 marked another year of growth for our programs. As we take a look back, it reminds me how deeply our work is rooted in community Across OC Community Resources, every team plays a vital role in connecting people with resources, strengthening Orange County in ways that are sustainable and invest in our future.

Our parks continue to nurture adventure, discovery, and connection, offering spaces where families explore, neighbors gather, and memories take root. At OC Animal Care, we ’ re building bonds between people and pets, creating pathways to lifelong companionship In our libraries, ideas blossom, empowering residents of all ages to learn, imagine, and create.

Through the work of Housing and Community Development, we are helping every resident find a place to flourish, expanding access to safe, stable housing. Our Veteran Service Office honors the deep-rooted strength of those who served, ensuring they receive the support they deserve Workforce and Economic Development is cultivating a resilient workforce, opening doors to training, employment, and economic mobility. And our Office on Aging remains dedicated to helping every season of life thrive, supporting older adults with dignity and care

Behind the scenes, our administrative teams are tending daily to the support systems that ensure every program, service, and initiative has the foundation it needs to move forward
