2025-2026 DONOR IMPACT REPORT

“The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away.” — PABLO PICASSO

Dear Friends of All Saints, The story of All Saints has always been written by people who believe in possibility. This year, your generosity has continued that story, opening doors for today’s students while helping shape an even brighter future for generations to come. Thank you for believing in our mission and investing in the lives of our students. We recognize that you have many meaningful opportunities for charitable giving, and we are deeply honored that you have chosen to support All Saints. Your generosity is more than a financial gift. It is a vote of confidence in our school, our teachers, and the bright future of every child entrusted to our care. Because of you, more than 400 students experience the joy of learning, the strength of community, and the foundation of faith that defines an All Saints education every day. This year, your philanthropy supported every aspect of school life through gifts to The Fund for All Saints, scholarships, athletics, faculty professional development, and many other programs that enrich the student experience. In addition, many of you became early partners in The Art of Possibility, our transformational Capital Campaign to build a new Fine Arts Building and enhance spaces that will inspire creativity, collaboration, and learning for generations of All Saints students. Together, your donations totaled an more than past year!

Your generosity sustains us.

very day at All Saints Episcopal School, students are inspired to explore, create, lead, and grow in an environment rooted in academic excellence and Christian values. That experience is made possible not only through tuition, but through the giving of families, grandparents, alumni, faculty, staff, and friends who believe in our mission. Tuition provides the foundation for operating the school and primarily supports the salaries and benefits of our exceptional faculty and staff. The Fund for All Saints builds upon that foundation by providing the resources needed to elevate every aspect of the student experience. Gifts to The Fund for All Saints help ensure that our school continues to: Maintain a safe and secure campus Invest in innovative technology and learning resources Provide impactful professional development for faculty Enhance classrooms, campus facilities, and learning environments Strengthen outstanding fine arts, athletics, and enrichment programs Deliver an exceptional educational experience for every student

Simply put, The Fund for All Saints bridges the gap between tuition and the true cost of providing the distinctive All Saints education our families value. Every gift, regardless of size, makes an immediate impact on our students and helps ensure that our school continues to thrive.

Through personal outreach, heartfelt conversations, and a shared belief in the future of All Saints, this year’s campaign raised more than $368,000 in support of our students and teachers. Every donor, volunteer, and advocate played an important role in this achievement, and together you strengthened the foundation that allows All Saints to continue educating, inspiring, and preparing students for lives of purpose and service.

Honoring Grandparents Who Lead by Example

This year’s Honorary Grandparents for The Fund for All Saints were Melody and J. Pat Parsons, proud grandparents of Tripp (incoming 5th grader). Their connection to All Saints spans generations. Their son, John Pat Parsons, is an All Saints alumnus, and Melody and Pat were active and devoted school parents during his years on campus. Today, they continue that legacy through their grandson. The Parsons have a long history of unwavering support for All Saints. Whenever a need arises, they can always be counted on to give, both from their resources and from their hearts. Their steadfast loyalty and enduring commitment are a shining example of the generosity and school spirit that strengthen our community year after year. We are deeply grateful to Melody and Pat for their leadership, their faithful support, and their lasting love for All Saints. To every parent, grandparent, alum, faculty member, and friend who gave to The Fund, thank you for going All In for All Saints. This remarkable success belongs to our entire community, and together we are making an extraordinary difference in the lives of our students. With heartfelt gratitude, Melanie Heartfield

A Vision Taking Shape This year, All Saints has continued to move forward with The Art of Possibility, a transformative capital campaign designed to expand the spaces where our students create, learn, explore, and grow. With an $11 million campaign goal, we are excited to share that early commitments have brought us nearly 70% of the way toward the funding needed to begin construction. This remarkable progress reflects the generosity and confidence of a growing group of families, foundations, and friends who believe deeply in the future of All Saints. The campaign will support a new Fine Arts and a renovated Auxiliary Programs facility, creating dedicated spaces for Art, Music, Spanish, flexible classrooms, and programs that enrich the experience of students across our campus.

A

t All Saints, we believe every child with the potential to thrive here should have the opportunity to experience an All Saints education, regardless of a family’s financial circumstances. An All Saints education opens doors, nurtures character, and prepares students for lives of purpose, and our Scholarship Endowment helps make that opportunity possible. More than 20 years ago, Sheila and Walter Umphrey helped bring this vision to life with a significant cornerstone gift to support missionaligned students who might not otherwise be able to attend All Saints. Their foresight established a legacy of opportunity that continues to grow today. Since then, the Scholarship Endowment has reached nearly $5 million, strengthened by transformative gifts from Diane and Don Shaver and Sheila Umphrey, along with the generosity of many others who share this commitment. As we move closer to our $5 million goal, each gift brings us nearer to a future where even more deserving students can learn, grow, and find a place to belong at All Saints.

Named Endowed Scholarships Are The Cornerstone The Catherine Hawa Memorial Scholarship is one of 13 endowed scholarships that help make an All Saints education possible for deserving students. The reflection below from one recipient parent offers just one example of the meaningful impact these scholarships have on students and families: “The Catherine Robbins Hawa Memorial Scholarship is especially meaningful because everything we’ve heard about ‘Cathy’ is that she was bright, kind, loving, and had a zest for life. Those are exactly the qualities every parent hopes to nurture in their own children. This scholarship has given our child the opportunity to learn in an environment that encourages those same values while providing an outstanding academic foundation. At All Saints, children are taught not only how to succeed academically, but also how to become compassionate, thoughtful, and faithful people. We are incredibly grateful to be part of the All Saints family, and we deeply appreciate that the Catherine Robbins Hawa Memorial Scholarship helped make that opportunity possible for our family.” — Written by parent of scholarship recipient

Aidan Heartfield Memorial Scholarship This fund was created through memorial donations made in Aidan’s name by friends and family. When The Saints Go Marching In Gala April Pearce served as Chair of this year’s spectacular When The Saints Go Marching In Gala, a festive Mardi Gras-inspired evening in support of All Saints Episcopal School. Held at The Event Centre, guests embraced the spirit of Mardi Gras in sparkling attire, surrounded by vibrant décor, the sounds of a lively jazz band, and a spirited second line that brought everyone to their feet. Thanks to the support of our sponsors, underwriters, and guests, the Gala raised significant funds to enhance educational opportunities, support faculty development, and enrich the student experience. We are deeply grateful to April and her dedicated team of volunteers for creating an unforgettable evening filled with celebration, community, and the joyful spirit of All Saints.

The gala’s great success is thanks to the many guests and supporters who attended this festive evening, especially those who purchased tables and tickets, and those listed below who provided underwriting.
