Disputed Wills and Estates
If you are involved in a dispute when someone dies, EMG Solicitors will deal sensitively with legal issues that can occur if there is a conflict about a Will.
Usually disputes in this area fall in to two areas: firstly, where the Will is not legally valid or secondly where the Will does not make any provision for someone who needs to be supported. At EMG Solicitors we are committed to avoiding court action wherever possible and we always look to achieve the best possible outcome using Alternative Dispute Resolution, such as negotiation or a Mediation.
