Featured Chaplains Reverend Nancy Haynes Chaplain, Spiritual Care Services Emerson Hospital
Reverend Nancy Haynes is an interfaith chaplain in the Spiritual Care department. Nancy joined the department first as a volunteer in 2017. Nancy has an undergraduate degree in history and a master's of business administration from Northeastern University and Master of Divinity from Andover-Newton Theological School. Nancy is an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ. Nancy and her chaplain colleagues Nick Gilbert and Anne Marie Rowse also provide spiritual care and support to patient's families and the hospital staff. Nancy is a lifelong Concordian and is active in the community. Spiritual care is an integral member of a patient's health care team. Spiritual support addresses emotional, spiritual and pastoral needs by providing presence and space to promote healing.

Featured Chaplains Rev. Kristin Rinehimer, BCC Director of Spiritual Life Newbury Court The Rev. Kristin Rinehimer, BCC is Director of Spiritual Life at Newbury Court. She is ordained in the Presbyterian Church (USA) and board certified through the Association of Professional Chaplains. Before coming to Newbury Court, Rev. Rinehimer served as a hospice chaplain in the greater Boston area. She is passionate about working with older adults, and is particularly interested in supporting others in defining their meaning and purpose in elderhood. Rev. Rinehimer is a graduate of Hope College and Harvard Divinity School, and is originally from the Chicago area.
