As we've recently shared, our Boards of Trustees and leadership team have identified five top-priority goals for our focus in the 2021/2022 year: Retention, Recruitment, Safety, Financial Stability, and Quality Improvement. Since identifying these goals, we have been focusing on specific objectives and action steps that will allow us to achieve these goals and objectively measure our progress.
