After a life of love, adventure, and inspiring others to realize their full potential, Perch (Percy) Francis Ducote, 75, passed away peacefully on August 25, 2023, at his home in New York City.

Perch is a founding figure of the IMAGINE community and a seasoned international consultant and personal leadership coach with over thirty years of experience. He has designed and led transformative workshops across the U.S., Europe, and India, helping individuals and teams build environments rooted in accomplishment, clarity, and inspired communication. Passionate about elevating others, Perch has guided a wide range of participants—from manufacturing teams to executive boards—across organizations such as the United Nations, Merck, Xerox, Prudential, and Eli Lilly.
