The new generation VLC 800 CM is designed to machine tube couplings of up to 24 inches in diameter. Its foundation is a sturdy base made of a high-grade polymer concrete called MINERALIT® that assists in providing the highest precision.

The inverted work spindle with its direct drive – optimized for the machining of a range of tube couplings – and the vertically placed tools make for ideal chip flow conditions. Various automation concepts ensure that the machine can be used efficiently in lean- or highly automated production environments alike.
