Arsenal

Arsenal, or Roy Harper, is not the most pg-13 character when it comes to plot. Costume-wise though, he is pretty basic. His debut costume in 1993 is awful, with purple and blue straps. His costume evolution gets better though, with Roy changing his colors to red (even if it clashes with his hair). Over time the costume has changed, with it going from all red to different shades of red to red accents, and in the latest comics his costume is black and red. Some constants in the costume though are the boots, thigh straps (which some artists say are part of the boots), and mask.
