Hispanic Media once again celebrated its Hispanic Heritage Month Gala and recognized the valuable contribution of personalities and organizations that have worked for the development of Philadelphia and to improve the living conditions of many immigrants who live, work and prosper in this city. Honored at the gala were Omar Sabir, City Commissioner of Philadelphia; Adonis Banegas, Executive Director of El
Concilio; Sulma Dalessio, Director of Field and Meter Maintenance for Philadelphia Electric Company (PECO); Bruce Datil, Allstate Insurance Agency Owner; and Darryl Irizarry Jr., Director of Partnerships and Strategic Alliances at PHLCVB. Also, the National Association of Hispanic Nurses (NAHN) and the Spanish American Law Enforcement Association (SALEA) were recognized in the institutional category. SEE ///PAG. 4
