"There´s no more blacked out people from wherever their heritage is. Everybody will be equal and treated fairly.” said the Philadelphia sheriff-elect in an exclusive interview with EL S OL L ATINO in which she guaranteed that the Latino community will have equal
representation in her Office. "We are going to make sure that everybody is treated fairly, and everybody has access.” As for her management's plans regarding communication and information policies, especially those aspects related to housing procedures, Bilal
