RÍO SEGUNDO
Enjoy this challenging adventure departing from the hotel, traversing the beautiful community of Los Bajos del Toro Amarillo until reaching the MINAE Station in the Juan Castro Blanco Water National Park, amidst gravel, mud, and asphalt roads, with challenging ascents and thrilling descents, culminating at the Laguna Río Segundo to indulge in spectacular views. Total distance: 12 km.

RÍO AGRIO
If you are looking for something a little less challenging but equally exciting, this is the perfect route. With gravel and asphalt roads, moderate ascents, and descents, it also passes through the colorful community of Los Bajos del Toro Amarillo. As you pass by Río Desagüe, delight in the natural turquoise hues painted by the Poás Volcano. Total distance: 12.5 km (about 7.77 mi).
Bonus extra: If you are lucky and the sky is clear, you may observe the Quemaderos Sector of the imposing Poás Volcano from the center of the community and other points along the routes.

Viewpoint Sector (Low difficulty): In this area, you can observe the entire waterfall from a panoramic viewpoint and explore the beautiful trails, forest, and gardens.
Canyon Sector (High Difficulty): Descend 400 steps to the base of the waterfall and witness its majesty from the lowest point.

For cancellations between 12 and 0 hours before the service, a 100% penalty will apply. Modifications are allowed with at least 5 hours' notice, subject to availability and considering the previous penalty. Only one modification per reservation is allowed.
