The two hills were kept intact and the valley between them turned into a recreational lake that doubled as a retention basin designed for protection even from a hundred year storm. The design of the lake, deep in the middle and shallow from the sides, allowed for maximum water catchment and safe everyday use for the residents. Marine animals are abundant and give life to the community water bodies which are enjoyed daily by the residents.
