PREFACE

Wij hebben het genoegen u deze achtste uitgave van de UNILEC-GIDS VOOR DE ELEKTROSECTOR voor te stellen. Deze Gids is bedoeld als naslagwerk voor alle aangesloten leden van Unilec, via haar samenstellende federaties Nelectra en Fedelec. Daarnaast is dit boek een bron van informatie voor alle organisaties, instellingen en bedrijven die met de sector te maken hebben.

Nous avons le plaisir de vous présenter cette huitième édition du GUIDE UNILEC POUR LE SECTEUR DES ELECTRICIENS. Ce Guide veut être un ouvrage de référence pour tous les membres d’Unilec, par ses fédérationscomposantes Nelectra et Fedelec. En plus, ce livre est une source d’information pour tous les organisations, institutions et firmes, relatées avec le secteur.

Het is de doelstelling van UNILEC om de belangen van alle leden die onder het Paritair Comité voor de elektriciens, installatie en distributie ( P.C.149.01 ) vallen, te verdedigen, hen te vertegenwoordigen op juridisch, economisch, administratief en sociaal gebied, ten aanzien van alle politieke, interprofessionele en andere, Europese, internationale, nationale en regionale instanties. Daarnaast wil Unilec instaan voor de economische sectorpromotie.

UNILEC veut défendre les intérêts de tous ses membres, ressortant de la Sous-commission Paritaire des Electriciens: installation et distribution ( C.P.149.01 ), assurer leur représentation au point de vue juridique, administratif et social, vis-à-vis de toutes instances politiques, interprofessionnelles et autres, européennes, internationales, nationales et régionales. Unilec veut aussi assurer la promotion économique du secteur.

UNILEC zet zich in om haar leden, de elektriciens van België, bij alle aspecten die met de bedrijfsvoering te maken hebben, zoveel mogelijk te steunen. Deze Gids is een van de initiatieven om die hulp te bieden.

UNILEC s’efforce d’aider, autant qu’elle le peut, les électriciens de la Belgique, dans tous les aspects qui concernent l’exploitation d’une entreprise. Ce Guide est une de ces initiatives pour offrir ce support.

Initiatiefnemers zijn de 3 beroepsfederaties voor de sector Nelectra, Fedelec en LVMEB-ANPEB alsook de bedrijven Electrabel en AIB-Vinรงotte.

De hoofdactiviteiten van het VEI zijn: - Technologische AdviesDienst (TAD) - Sectorcertificatie (o.a. Kwaliteitslabel Domotica) - Stimulering van marktverruiming voor de elektro-installateur - Inventarisatie van onderzoeksresultaten en technische informatie - Objectieve verspreiding van sectorrelevante informatie

TAD (Technologische AdviesDienst) Elke elektro-installateur groot of klein, heeft vroeg of laat wel eens een technisch probleem waar men geen raad mee weet.

Met de Technologische AdviesDienst (TAD) van het Vlaams Elektro Innovatiecentrum (VEI), worden al deze problemen in een mum van tijd opgelost, zonder dat de elektro-installateur er veel tijd en/of energie (lees geld) moet aan opofferen. Een tweede doelstelling van de TAD is het verhogen van het competentieniveau van de elektrosector, zodat wij samen sterker staan naar de toekomst toe. Daarnaast willen wij de elektroinstallateurs die innovatief bezig zijn een helpende hand toesteken door hun innovatieve geest financieel te ondersteunen.

Dankzij de steun van het Instituut voor de aanmoediging van Innovatie door Wetenschap en Technologie in Vlaanderen (kortweg IWT) kan VEI deze TAD aanbieden aan de elektro-installatiebedrijven.

Helpende hand bij technische problemen in de elektrosector Elke elektro-installateur heeft vroeg of laat wel een probleem waar men niet direct een antwoord op weet.

Dit kan gaan om een eenvoudige vraag die wat opzoekwerk vereist in het AREI: stel, u staat op de werf en weet niet direct welke sectie voor de PE geleiders moeten gebruikt worden. Maar ook met grotere problemen kunnen elektro-installatiebedrijven bij ons terecht: het slecht functioneren van afgewerkte installaties waar men niet direct een pasklaar antwoord op vindt. De TAD kan door middel van een plaatsbezoek het probleem nader te bekijken en eventueel, wanneer dit nodig blijkt gespecialiseerde meetapparatuur inzetten om zo het probleem op te sporen.

Kenniscentrum De TAD wordt bemand door enkele dynamische technologische adviseurs met een uiteenlopende achtergrond en ervaring. Zo maakt de TAD zich sterk dat zij in 99% van de gevallen een oplossing kunnen vinden. Wil
