Greet and farewell the students positively.

Empower students Acknowledge students’ prior knowledge and strengths. State that mistakes are a part of learning. Dispel their fear of failure. Encourage participation; Don’t ask the same 5 students for answers. Believe that all students can succeed under your guidance and support.
دعم الطالب . حدد معرفة و قوة الطالب ذات االولوية . وضح أن األخطاء جزء من عملية التعلم . ابعد عنهم االحساس بالفشل شجع الطالب على المشاركة فال تطلب األجوبة .من نفس الطالب كل مرة اؤمن بأن كل الطالب يمكنهم النجاح تحت قيادتك .و دعمك
Empower students… Allow students time to explore their own ideas and interests. With hard work, results will come. Let them know that you are there to work hard for them, not vice versa. Let students know that you see it as a privilege to be their teacher and that you enjoy working with them.
