The Ellsworth Dairy Cooperative is based in the heart of Wisconsin’s Dairyland in the town of Ellsworth. Our cooperative is 200+ patron families strong, with each of our member farms dedicated to producing the highest quality milk for our cheeses.

Our all-natural Cheddar Cheese Curds are our specialty product. They’re so delicious that we’ve earned the title of “Cheese Curd Capital®”.

But we’re known for more than our cheese curds! Our Menomonie, Wisconsin, facility manufactures more than 25 varieties of artisan cheese, many of which are award winners. You may recognize our brands from your favorite specialty cheese shop or grocery store: Antonella and Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery’s premium block cheese.

As an Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery Ambassador they join an army of passionate brand advocates - our Ambassadors are among the first to test and critique new and exciting cheese flavors as we work to introduce them to the marketplace.

Each Ambassador will receive special perks and benefits in exchange for being part of our brand and sharing their love of our products. They should be lovers of cheese, have a passion for our brand and current products, be active on social media, and willing to give a quality review of test-products via survey.

BRAND AMBASSADOR BENEFITS: • Each Ambassador receives (2) packages of exclusive, never-before-tastetested flavored cheese curds, (2) packages of new and creative block cheese flavors, and (1) package of a new flavor of our process cheese. These items will each be shipped via two separate shipments starting mid-January ($42 value).

WITH OUR CHEESE BEER CHEESE DIP 1/3 cup your favorite beer 2 cups Ellsworth cheddar cheese, shredded 16oz cream cheese (softened) 1 packet ranch dressing mix Instructions 1. Place two bricks of cream cheese in a mixing bowl 2. Add shredded cheese, ranch mix, and beer 3. Mix well until combined

BBQ PORK MAC & CHEESE 1 pound pulled pork 1/2-3/4 cup BBQ sauce 1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup flour 2 cups milk 2 cups Ellsworth Chipotle Cheddar, shredded 8 oz pasta cooked as directed on package Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350° 2. In pan over medium heat melt butter, stir in flour until combined 3. Slowly add milk, stirring occasionally until thickened 4. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted 5. Combine cheese mixture with pasta in a 9x13 pan 6. Toss pulled pork with BBQ sauce, place on top of mac and cheese 7. Our Shipping Guidelines Gift box pricing does not include shipping charges. Shipping charges vary based on location being shipped to and the weight of the package. All shipping addresses must include a street address; unfortunately, no PO Box addresses can be accepted.

Our staff does their absolute best to see that your package arrives in great condition.

However, we can’t be responsible for weather damage or damage due to actions/neglect by the shipping company or receiver. We are not responsible for delivery failures or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Products may be room temperature when they arrive, but their condition will be fine if refrigerated upon arrival.

Christmas is our busiest season; we recommend you order early. We appreciate at least 14 days to make sure your gifts from the Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery arrive on time. In the rare event we sell out of a product, we reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value in gift assortments, if necessary. This allows us to ship without delay.
