The Ellsworth Dairy Cooperative is based in the Heart of Wisconsin’s Dairyland in the town of Ellsworth. Our cooperative is 250+ patron families strong, with each of our member farms dedicated to producing the highest quality milk for our cheeses.

Our all-natural Cheddar Cheese Curds are our specialty product. They’re so delicious that we’ve earned the title of “Cheese Curd Capital”.

But we’re known for more than our cheese curds! Our Menomonie, Wisconsin, facility manufactures over 70 varieties of artisan cheese, many of which are award winners. You may recognize our brands from your favorite specialty cheese shop or grocery store: Antonella and Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery’s Premium Block Cheese.

Makes someone’s dream of becoming a cheese taste-tester come true! As an Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery Ambassador they join an army of passionate brand advocates - our Ambassadors are among the first to test and critique new and exciting cheese flavors as we work to introduce them to the marketplace.

Each ambassador will receive special perks and benefits in exchange for being part of our brand and sharing their love of our products. They should be lovers of cheese, have a passion for our brand and current products, be active on social media, and willing to give a quality review of test-products via survey.

BRAND AMBASSADOR BENEFITS:

Recipes WITH OUR CHEESE

PIZZA KABOBS

1 green pepper, cut into 1” pieces

1 red pepper, cut into 1” pieces

3 cups whole cherry tomatoes

2 cups button mushrooms

1 cup queen olives

2 cups sliced pepperoni or cooked Italian sausage

½ cup fresh basil leaves

1 can refrigerated pizza dough

3 tbsp olive oil

1 cup Antonella Pepperoni & Marinara, shredded

1 tbsp Italian Seasoning

Wooden skewers

1 jar pizza sauce or marinara for dipping

Pre-heat your oven to 400°. Thread your wooden skewers with tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, pepperoni, and basil. Flour your countertop and roll out pizza dough. Slice dough into 1/2 “ strips and wrap around veggies. In a small bowl combine olive oil and Italian Seasoning. Baste each skewer. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake until pizza dough is golden brown, about 15 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with Antonella cheese. Place back in the oven and bake for 5 more minutes. PUFFY TACOS

1 lb ground beef

1 (1-oz) package taco seasoning

1 (10-oz) can diced tomatoes and green chiles, drained

cup taco sauce or salsa

cup water

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 17.3-oz) package puff pastry, thawed

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside. In a large skillet, cook ground beef until no longer pink. Drain. Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes and green chiles, water, and taco sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside. Pastries: Unfold pastry sheets. Cut each sheet into 9 squares. Arrange taco meat down diagonal center of the pastry squares. Sprinkle with some of the shredded cheddar cheese. Fold two opposite corners of each square over the filling and press edges to seal. Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake 15-18 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes: Can assemble ahead of time and freeze unbaked.
