Griffis Sculpture Park Volunteer Day set for April 27

Spring has officially arrived in Ellicottville as the Holiday Valley golf course has opened and preparations for many other summer attractions soon to open are underway. A visit in the “Green Season” gives visitors a chance to get out of the city and relax in the fresh air and uncrowded hills around Ellicottville. Visitors can golf the Double Black Diamond Course with 18 challenging and scenic holes; climb at Sky High Adventure Park opening May 3; zip down the mountain on the Sky Flyer Mountain Coaster opening May 17; cool off and relax at the pools, Cabana Bar and Game Deck opening May 25; and mountain bike and hike the trails at the resort and in the state forest. There’s so much to do at Holiday Valley and in the surrounding area. The walkable village is chock full of eclectic shopping, dining and fun. The Gazebo
