NOVEMBER 2025 UPDATE:
INITIAL TASKS
Onboarding:
Set up file sharing system for easy access to all files.
Created/ordered co-branded business cards for onsite agents
Photography:
Hired Juke Photography to reshoot all homes including a 3-D tour
Signage: (see page 4 for photos)
Ordered open pointers, name riders and yard signs per each agents/community needs
Coordinated with Jeanet on getting all community signage designed and approved.
Working on the rest and should be done by 12/12 weather permitting
10 ft Flutter flags were delivered directly to builder and are slated to be installed by 12/12
Community Collateral:
Created marketing plats maps and lot matrix files for all communities and made available
to agents in file sharing folder (see page 4 for examples)
Working on making large display plats for agents to use in their model homes (for
Prairie Village and Shadow Creek)
Created flyer for Joel (by request) (see page 5)
Geo-fencing for Prairie Village and Shadow Creek:
Waiting on the form link to be filled out by Signature (sent 11/14)
Once we have that info, we will get the creatives designed, send for proof, and send
everything over to the company to get them up and running.
Co-branded Apparel:
Signature gave our agents a $75 budget to order co-branded apparel RET covering
shipping and additional artwork cost
Orders placed for all 3 agents
Storefront artwork:
Provided input as requested and provided a new design for store front artwork going on
the new sales/model center.
