We know the market is normalizing and sales are a little slower than what we experienced earlier in the year. However remember the cream rises to the top in these markets. We will start to see agents getting out of the industry. We will also get an influx of calls from agents realizing they need more support and asking about the team. It is times like these that the power of our numbers, our support staff and all the benefits really outshine every other agent and team. Customers will see that as well I promise.

AMES MANAGER

We had a very successful Q2 and Q3 in sales but our ultimate goal for this year has been increased community/school involvement. We had the privilege of sponsoring the Ames High School Booster Bash at the beginning of the school year. There was a great turnout with a lot of coaches, donors, and former athletes! At the last home high school football game, we threw out 300 mini logoed footballs to the crowd and everybody loved them (we got lucky none of the balls ended up on the field mid game)! Our new teammate, Maddie, just finished up delivering 85+ fall baskets with caramel apples, pumpkin carving kits, candy, and invitations to our trick or treating event at the end of this month! If you have ideas that are great for community involvement please let me know.

LAKE OF THE OZARKS

DES MOINES MANAGER

Hello RET from Lake of the Ozarks! Corporate has finalized a lease in Osage Beach and is working to gear up the space with licensing, furnishings, and IT before we hit the ground on recruitment. In the meantime, we’ve had our first 20 closings, celebrated ground breaking with our developer at a new lakefront subdivision, hosted a back to school haircut and supplies event, and are so looking forward to what the future holds! As more people are able to work remotely, the Lake’s number of full time residents has largely grown and investment properties are booming! Our market’s “rush” has settled down but pricing has stays relatively stable with $/sqft. To those who have sent referrals, thank you! It’s been a pleasure assisting your friends and and families!

Des Moines continues to be moving and shaking in our communities! We are having a strong year so far with both our resale and Summit teams, as well as working on growing our team. Excited to take on the last quarter of 2022!

SPRINGFIELD MANAGER

As you can tell from the picture my family is growing, Baby Girl Cope is almost here! We have a couple of people who are working on getting their license so our team will start growing very soon also!

We have had Three of our agents have made the top agents list of our office. We have 3 additions coming once they've passed their exams. Our market has had a bit of a slowdown, but our agents are fighting through keeping momentum!

As you can see, we have several agents having very good years through the 3rd quarter! We also brought on 4 agents that I know will be rock stars! Welcome to Ellen Cugno who I worked with at the OP RN office 15 years ago, recent KU grad Jack Hegeman, Brad Zollars who is undergoing a career change as is Jared Smith, who was a Teacher from SoCal! We recently had a great time at the team pool party at my house! You'll see some pics in this issue of the magazine. We'll soon have our annual Pie Giveaway event and a team Pickleball day.

Great things are happening at KCN! We’re growing our team by adding another seasoned agent, adding new listings, & planning more training and prospecting activities! We’re working with our amazing marketing team on more personal & team presence in the Northland!!! We’re looking forward to a great last quarter!

The Brookside office is settling in nicely to our new "home"! We continue to grow our group with the newest addition of Jeff Albright He’s certainly a rising star and we are excited to have him part of the RET family!

We enjoyed a delish team happy hour at OurHouseKC's rooftop and several gatherings with other Brookside office agents. We are focusing the next couple months on our business plans and goals going forward into 2023.
