A $225 Reece Nichols Agent Services Fee (ASF) is paid on ALL transactions (including team leads) and will be deducted from your commisison For transactions over $1M the ASF is $350
Team leads are paid at 40% to the Agent. The $225 Agent Services Fee (ASF) will be your cost and deducted from your commission.
Leads referred to/from you by another RET Lake agent will be calculated based on what the agents involved negotiate before the deal is completed. The Reece Nichols Agent Services Fee will also be negotiated between agents.
For referrals to RET agents at one of our other offices, you will retain 100% of the agreed upon referral fee.
Referrals to agents outside the team are paid at agent split level.
Agent retains 100% of bonuses
Instead of billing sales associates monthly for every service used, Reece Nichols Realtors have an Agent Services Fee (ASF) which covers the systems, tools, and services needed in today’s fast-paced real estate industry. The ASF is $225.00 and is collected from every closed side. This fee is increased to $350 for transactions over $1M. A $425 Reece Nichols transaction fee is charged to your client on each transaction.
