Based in the heart of downtown Kansas City, Donna’s energy is contagious, whether she’s talking about her work, her daughter, or her many travel adventures.

Ava is your go-to gal for all things real estate marketing! With four years of experience under her belt, she’s a pro at helping marketing materials stand out. Based in the Kansas City metro, Ava serves clients nationwide while enjoying life with her husband and their spunky Dachshund, Lottie who definitely runs the show!

Buyers can search the complete region for home inventory from anywhere by downloading our app Benefit: Whether they are driving through neighborhoods or searching from home, the REMAX mobile app gives buyers access to the complete listing inventory with the touch of a button.

Your home will be syndicated to 100s of websites throughout the nation to ensure maximum exposure. Also, using a retargeting service we will automatically create digital ads that will blast your listings on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram) and targets consumers who are actively searching for homes. And just like Amazon follows you around with that pair of shoes you were looking at, consumers will be followed with your listings.

We run social media ads with a link that requires the interested party to sign in to view the home. We also use forced registration on custom websites that we advertise on multiple platforms. This allows our agents to follow up directly with them leading to higher lead conversion ratios.

Iowa licensing system- iowaplb.force.com/IPLB login When you do the background check request so you will need to log in there.

Once logged in, click Submit an application/ Renew and then answer the questions. Click Real Estate Commission in the dropdown and select The application for Salesperson/ Broker Application.

An application will be created, and there are three steps - answer the questions, upload submissions and submit. Answer the questions

Upload Submissions: You will need to upload the certificates for the 12-hour classes, 60-hour certificates, and pass notices (separate state and national).

You will also need to upload the E&O certificate you get from RISC. Purchase E&O from RISC www.risceo.com/states/iowa/

Then, you can hit submit. You will need the firm # F04363000 (RE/MAX Real Estate Concepts).

TRANSFERRING AGENT ONBOARDING CHECKLIST (DMAAR):

· Complete online transfer request

NOTE: [If you haven’t already], set up a profile on the licensing bureau’s site

· Make sure to find your license and associate it to your account

NOTE: You can still practice RE during the process of transferring; your license will be Active under current broker until the day the commission updates it.

· Receive Gmail & Dotloop account info from Agent Services

· Complete enrollment forms on Dotloop

· Update passwords and profiles on Google & Dotloop

Transfer contacts, emails and other content link will be provided Matrix login typically remains the same, but if your password changes, Cindy or Judy from DMAAR will email you

· Board will change broker info on Matrix

· You will need to update other profile info on Matrix, ShowingTime, IAR

· Send headshot and photographer who took the photo to sign release in order for us to use it - to Donna Schultze, RET Marketing Director

Donna will order your 6 signs, riders and 500 business cards

· Package includes a choice of hat or shirt, please let Tricia know which you would like and if the shirt what size you want

· Welcome shared on Facebook
