Hammack Hills

Hammack Hills at Amma kicked off their 2021 wedding season with an Open House on Saturday, March 6, featuring their newest Lakeview wedding venue. With over 4,000 square feet, the Lakeview has its own private lake with a walking bridge, a fantastic kitchen, and a new, elegant bridal suite. This venue also has an outdoor patio overlooking the lake.

The perfect place for your wedding, Hammack Hills offers two venues, the original Clubhouse and the new Lakeview. The Clubhouse site also includes an outdoor wedding location. Both sites have 4,000 square feet and include a reception hall, wedding chapel, full kitchen, bridal rooms and outdoor features.

Glenna and Bob Hammack, owners of Hammack Hills, offer a premier wedding location, nestled in the mountains at the Amma Exit, only 30 minutes from Charleston. It was formerly the Sandy Brae Golf Course. The owners kept the original roof where the golf carts were stored as part of their first wedding venue and named it The Clubhouse. “It was important to us to keep the charm of Sandy Brae,” said Bob. Michelle Smith of Charleston was the first wedding in the new Lakeview venue, and she said, “The owners are so good to work with...you won’t be sorry you chose Hammack Hills for your wedding.”

The Hammacks rent their venues Wednesday through Sunday and they are fully equipped with air conditioning, heat, kitchens and more. Bob said, “Having full use of your venue from Wednesday through Sunday makes setup and tear down so convenient. Plus, you can use the facilities for your bridal luncheon and rehearsal dinner, too!”
