The Elk Grove Park District is celebrating its 60th Anniversary this year. As a vital part of our community, the Park District enhances daily life by providing recreational opportunities and maintaining safe, innovative parks and green spaces for all to enjoy. This guide highlights opportunities for your brand to connect with residents of all ages who visit our facilities, participate in our programs and attend our events that promote health, wellness and recreation while celebrating life’s milestones. Elk Grove Park District Signature Events The Elk Grove Park District has a strong reputation for successful community events. Attendees travel from neighboring communities to participate in these very popular events that attract 200 to 4,000 attendees each year.

Sunday, July 12  12 - 4pm This year marks the 10th Anniversary of Elk Grove Village’s most popular event, Play, Picnic & Party! In collaboration with the Village of Elk Grove and Elk Grove Village Public Library, this year’s event will be bigger and better than ever. This FREE event will host live music, games, food, activities and interactive rides. Expected attendance is 4,000+

Fridays, June 12 & 26  July 10 & 24  8pm Families will gather in the field behind the Pavilion to watch a PG movie with children of all ages on the large Jumbotron. As a business, you would have your logo displayed on the screen prior to the movie and also host a meet and greet table as families arrive. If you commit to all four shows, you will be listed as a sponsor on our pre-promotion postcards. Set-up for this FREE event starts at 7pm.We do not refund for cancellations – nor can they be rescheduled due to contracts. Expected attendance is 200+

Saturday, August 8  12 - 3pm What is better than a BOUNCE HOUSE? A whole field of Bounce Houses and Inflatables! Join us for a celebration for children and adults to bounce back to school. This FREE community event will include music, multiple bounce houses, games, community resource partners and sponsors sharing information on how to start the school year off right. Expected attendance is 800+

Bark in the Park

Sunday, August 30  11am - 3pm The 2nd Annual Bark in the Park welcomes vendors, sponsors and hundreds of 2 legged and 4 legged guests. It is a day for all things dogs! Guests will experience a variety of activities, crafts, food trucks, a Pooch Parade, grooming, caricatures, over 30 vendors, booths and live music. Expected attendance is 800+ Bark in the Park

Elk Grove Park District Signature Events continued Halloween Fest

Halloween Fest

Friday, October 30  5 - 7:30pm Take part in the Trick or Treat Trail to showcase your business. Activities include a not-so-scary haunted house, games, snacks, rides, a pumpkin patch and our famous Trick or Treat Trail. This is a registered event for families with children ages 1 - 12yrs. Businesses will connect with attendees and pass out treats as the families visit your booth. Expected attendance is 1,500+

Winter Fest Halloween Fest

Saturday, December 5  4 - 7pm The Park District has created a NEW event showcasing everything magical about winter and the holidays. Attendees will experience indoor and outdoor activities, snacks, games, crafts, rides and photos with Santa, Mrs. Claus and their elves. This is a registered event for ages 1 - 12yrs and their families. Sponsorships will be limited due to the indoor space. Book today! Expected attendance is 1,500+

Fitness Event Sponsorships Member Appreciation Day

March 18 & September 12, 2026 Host a table at our NEW event taking place during the Pavilion Fitness and Aquatics Member Appreciation Day on March 18 from 4 - 8pm and at our Open House on September 12 from 8am - 12pm. These events appreciate our current Aquatics and Fitness members and introduce guests on the amenities and benefits of a membership. Your company will have an opportunity to connect with potential new customers who are interested in health and wellness. Expected attendance is 500+

Run Fox Run 5K

Saturday, November 28  8am This annual event held by Pavilion Fitness Center allows participants to run or walk the beautiful golf course path at Fox Run Golf Links. As a sponsor, benefits include your company name on the back of the souvenir race sweatshirts, an 8’ table for a meet and greet with our runners, pre-event promotion on the Fitness Digital Screens and acknowledgement in our Fall Parks & Recreation Guide.

Sponsor an Event or Advertise to our Active 55+yrs Community! The Elk Grove Park District has a thriving and engaged community of adults ages 55+yrs. The Sheila Ray Adult Center is where our active adults gather for fitness, recreation and learning. The Center hosts a membership of 375 men and women and welcomes guests and drop ins for daily activities and special events throughout the year. You are welcome to visit the Center at any time for a tour to see how your company would benefit from a partnership.

Average Attendance of 100+ Fee $150 plus (20) $5 gift cards (not coupons) to award as prizes to local Pharmacies, Fast Food Restaurants or Grocery Stores.  Be a Guest BINGO caller  Give a 5 minute presentation before the game begins  A table for meet and greet opportunities with all guests attending the event.

Advertise in the Active Adult Magazine, The Buzz Connect with our Sheila Ray members with print advertising in the quarterly Active Adult Magazine, The Buzz! This publication advertises all activities, events and important local resources for Active Adults. We offer 1/4 page ads for $400 per issue (Spring, Summer & Fall) with a circulation of 1.2K to promote your business. The Winter publication is $600 with a circulation of 15K. It is extremely important to provide verified and legitament ad content for this publication due to category exclusivity. 6

Print Advertising Advertise in the Seasonal Program Guide. According to our recent Community Wide Survey, The Parks & Recreation Program Guide is our #1 marketing platform to share information regarding programs, memberships, special events, capital park projects and registration information. Most readers keep the Guide in their homes for 4 to 6 months. Program Guides are printed and mailed to 14,000 households (Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall). Each season, 17,000 Program Guides are published and distributed at the United States Post Office and for pickup at various facilities throughout the Elk Grove Park District.

Donations to the Parks Foundation

The Elk Grove Parks Foundation is dedicated to supporting safe and innovative parks and recreational opportunities for the Elk Grove Park District. As a 501(c)(3) organization the Foundation enables individuals and corporations to make tax deductible donations to the Elk Grove Park District. The Foundation funds parks and recreation initiatives not typically supported by property taxes. Parks and recreation is an important asset to the community providing activities and services for all ages. It is well documented that communities with an excellent park district have lower adolescent crime rates and increased property values. You can donate a gift of any amount to be dedicated to a specific project, facility or program. Contributions can be made to our scholarship program given to deserving high school seniors who have shown community and also for financial support for families to participate in Park District programs.

Wait...There’s More! Pickleball Billboard Displays

Pickleball is America’s favorite and fastest growing sport. We invite you to place a Pickleball Billboard ad at our Outdoor Complex located at 200 Rev. Morrison Blvd., Elk Grove Village, to promote your brand to thousands of active adults and teens who use the facility from May through October and beyond (weather permitting).

Billboard Display Specifications The Boards are displayed May 15 - October 30. The finished size is 96” by 30”. Fee is $500 (includes production and installation)

Facility Digital Screen Displays

Digital Welcome Boards at Pavilion Fitness Center, Pirates’ Cove Children’s Theme Park and Rainbow Falls Waterpark. Promote your business to visitors as they enter the facilities. Spaces are $100 per month per location and rotate with approx 6 to 8 other displays.

E-mail Newsletter

19K+ Subscribers Rate is $250 per post

Elk Grove Park District Electronic Newsletter is distributed up to 24 times a year. This is a popular communication tool that reaches 19K+ subscribers bimonthly. You are invited to purchase a space in the footer of the E-News with a link to your site. We offer one ad per newsletter and limit placement to 4 per company annually.
