DOUGLAS COUNTY
PARKS & RECREATION Thank You for an Incredible Spring Season! A Message from Douglas County Parks & Recreation
As our spring season comes to a close and the final whistles blow, we want to take a moment to reflect and celebrate what made it so special: YOU, our dedicated associations, coaches, parents, and volunteers. This season was filled with energy, growth, and unforgettable moments across our baseball, softball, soccer, and flag football programs. The fields were alive with excitement, the sidelines full of cheers, and the community spirit stronger than ever. None of this would have been possible without the incredible people who make youth sports in Douglas County a true success.
To our coaches THANK YOU
for your time, leadership, and commitment to shaping not only skilled athletes, but confident young individuals. Your impact stretches far beyond the scoreboard.
To our associations
To our parents and families
Your behind the scenes dedication keeps everything running smoothly. From organizing schedules to supporting teams and managing logistics, you are the backbone of every successful season.
Your encouragement, patience, and sideline support do not go unnoticed. Thank you for showing up, cheering loud, and making game days meaningful for your kids. To our volunteers, whether you helped with concessions, uniforms, field prep, or just showed up with a helping hand, your contributions created the foundation for an enjoyable and organized season. This spring, we saw: Kids smiling and learning with every play, coaches leading with heart and purpose, teams growing stronger together, a community coming together to support youth sports.
Special Thanks to: • Bill Arp Dominators • Bill Arp Falcons • Boundary Waters Baseball • Boundary Water Raptors Flag Football • Catapult Track Club • Change The Game Youth Sports (Post Road)

At Douglas County Parks & Recreation, we are proud to be part of something bigger than games and goals, we’re building a community centered on teamwork, respect, and opportunity for every child.
From all of us, thank you for a fantastic season! Your commitment to our young athletes makes all the difference, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds as we head into the next season together.
