QUEEN ANNE

EXPLORE QUEEN ANNE

Queen Anne can be broken up into two different areas: Lower Queen Anne and Upper Queen Anne. Upper Queen Anne residents enjoy many magnificent views from anywhere on the hill. The most famous, and most popular view is the one from Kerry Park facing the downtown area. Up at the top of the hill, there are about 10 blocks’ worth of unique and charming places to peruse, from charming local restaurants to old-school game stores. Lower Queen

Anne is where you will find the Key Arena, former home of the Seattle Sonics and current home to the Seattle Storm. There are endless activities in this area to keep you busy. Whether it is the Bite of Seattle, Bumbershoot, or The Pacific Science Center, there is always something going on in this area. The homes in this area are predom inantly craftsman and Tudor style homes with majestic views of the city. The neighborhood also has many mid century modern apartment homes and townhomes along the main drag. There are also a fair share of larger man sions that speak to the history of the name, Queen Anne.
