KENMORE

THE COMMUNITY

Kenmore is a service-oriented community located on the north shore of Lake Washington, which offers a spectacular view. There are many parks, golf courses, the Sammamish bicycle and hiking trail, and a variety of water sports to keep the outdoor enthusiast active. Kenmore is home of the country’s largest seaplane base. Kenmore has grown

into a crossroads for those traveling to and from Seattle. One of the city’s best-known attractions is Saint Edwards State Park, which was originally a Native American camping and fishing ground. There are many miles of trails and waterfront activities as well as play structures. Another famous attraction is Bastyr University, the city’s premiere naturopathic medicine institute nestled in the trees of Kenmore. The housing market consists of beautiful new builds as well as lakeside properties.
