The first rays of the sun peeked through the curtains as Emily’s alarm buzzed gently at 6 AM She stretched and rolled out of bed, ready to start the day in Fairview The morning air was crisp, promising a beautiful day ahead She dressed in her workout gear, grabbed a quick sip of water, and headed out to the Canada Games Centre
Emily loved her morning workouts The Canada Games Centre was just a short drive from her home, and it had everything she needed. After an invigorating session of cardio and weights, she felt the familiar rush of endorphins. She showered and changed at the centre, feeling refreshed and ready for the day.
Next, she headed home to pick up Max, her lively golden retriever, for his morning walk. Max bounded out the door, tail wagging furiously, eager to get to 'the Green Park.'
