Hello and welcome to the March edition.

We hope you had a lovely time celebrating Valentine’s Day and enjoyed all those yummy pancakes?

I’m very excited for March as on 20th March it is the first day of Spring and then on Sunday 26th March the clocks go forward giving us lighter evenings and warmer weather hopefully. I know we lose an hour in bed but I think it’s worth it, just remember to turn the clocks on an hour before you go to bed on the Saturday night.

Mother’s Day is also in March on the 19th, time to thank all those lovely mums out there.

This month we have a competition for all you Tina Turner fans, have a look on pages 16 and 17.

Also our feature on Guide dog puppy raising is so worth a read, it really pulled my heart strings so it would be great if anyone can help with this. If you do proceed with it, let me know and we can follow your journey.

There’s also informational features from North Devon Council and Landkey Hedgehog group and a fab North Devon Hospice event to get involved in.
