Chase is a handsome five-year-old ex-racing Greyhound, looking for a quiet home.

He’s a sweet, sensitive boy in search of a loving home with gentle adopters who will give him the TLC that he deserves. He enjoys going for walks and is happy to go out in the car to get to quiet locations. He will plod along on his lead gently by your side and he enjoys the company of other dogs. He loves to relax and stretch out on a nice comfy bed - he is the definition of a couch potato! He lacks confidence with new people, but once he knows that you’re friendly, he enjoys a fuss and slowly comes out of his shell. Chase will make a loving companion for the adopters willing to put in the time to build up the relationship.

Chase is looking for an adult-only forever home. He will need his adopters to be patient and understanding and is best suited to a quiet home environment with predictability. It may take him some time to settle in a home environment, but once he does, the reward will be a friend for life. He could potentially live with a dog and is looking for a home without cats or small furries. Chase does have an old racing injury so new owners should consider the cost of this when deciding whether Chase is the right dog for them.
