Hello and welcome to the April edition.

Yippee, the clocks have now gone forward (as of 26th March) and the evenings are getting longer and hopefully warmer.

Thank you for the many entries that we received for the Tina Turner tribute tickets, we hope the winner enjoyed the performance.

Of course, Easter is now just around the corner Good Friday is on 7th April which marks a long Easter bank holiday weekend for us all. We hope you enjoy your weekend and the children enjoy their Easter breaks from school.

We also have St George’s Day on 23rd April.

Have an awesome April, enjoy your hot cross buns and chocolate and enjoy the lighter evenings.

Rock Park Bowling Club

Our club will be hosting an open day on Sunday 30th April 2023 from 10.00 till 16.00.

Everyone is welcome to join us whether you have played bowls before or not.

Coaching & Equipment will be available together with some members who will offer you help and all we ask would be that you wear flat bottomed shoes.

Tea, coffee etc will be served throughout the day and the bar will be open.

The club organises both friendly and competitive matches throughout the season together with social events and annual tours.
