THEY WANT TO ENSLAVE US; THE PEEPS
There is much evil being planned against us the peeps. Some of y’all think I’m a conspiracy theorist, however, just because it has not in your news feed on how you receive your news doesn’t make it not true. Lots of this stuff is observation. This is why God gave us reasoning. This is why I sit on the Wall as a Watchman. In this essay I will talk more of what is being planned through congressional bills, Uncle Joe’s executive order and The Pusherman Jerome Powell as well what is going on in other countries. We must understand the Mark of the Beast will come through technology where one will not be able to buy or sell things. What most of you don’t understand is centralized technology. This is why the government and the banking system is fighting so hard against cryptos like Bitcoin and Ethereum and which is decentralized. For many people, Bitcoin and Ethereum is synonymous with freedom, decentralization, independence and the future. Some consider it akin to anarchy, an online revolution that began with the minting of the first block of Bitcoin that flipped the proverbial bird at central banks and government policy makers. For governments, however, the prospective is different. Generally speaking, those who govern others routinely perceive the cryptocurrency ecosphere

as a lawless place, used to fund terrorism and other illicit activities, launder money and evade taxes which is all the crooked things our government and banking cartel does and gets away with on a daily basis. Now uncle Joe’s executive order, says that the “principal policy objectives of the United States with respect to digital assets are as follows: We must protect consumers, investors, and businesses in the United States.” The policy goes on to articulate that digital asset have “profound implications” on “crime; national security; the ability to exercise human rights; financial inclusion and equity; and energy demand and climate change.” The executive order isolates the asset class as “non‑state issued digital assets.” It appears a sure bet that the United States government will (1) try and regulate private cryptocurrency while (2) issuing its own government-controlled digital token which is the sincerest form of a compliment. Let me say this, their incompetent plan will not work. In fact, they will drive the peeps right into the arms of decentralized cryptos especially as the Cat 7 cyclone takes hold of the world. Going all the way back to the formation of the United States of America, the founding fathers were skeptical about giving banks and governments control over currencies per John Adams and Thomas Jefferson. Again, Thomas Jefferson said and wrote this: that “banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies….and] the principle of spending money to be paid by posterity, under the name of funding, is but swindling futurity on a large scale…will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless.” The advent of Bitcoin and Ethereum appeared to be the antidote to the centuries-old problem identified by Jefferson. Decentralized
Crypto was specifically designed to obviate the need for a central bank or single administrator. In fact, decentralized cryptos do not need government support, or to be “backed” by gold and silver. Bitcoin and Ethereum were architected to comprise a store of value whose value would be determined by the global population’s free market dynamics, via simply supply and demand arithmetic. Cryptos like Bitcoin, Ethereum. Avalanche, Cardano, Near, Polygon, XRP, Cosmos and others are technological revolutions that come around every half century that changes how things are done. Again, this is Web 3.0 which is a paradigm shift just like the original internet was a paradigm shift. One thing in a paradigm shift one cannot get bogged down on price because these assets are going crazy in growth, development and adoption even when the price does not reflect the true value of the asset which is Metcalf’s Law. Metcalf’s Law is one of the things that has The Sons of Perdition and governments and banking institutions around the world shaking in their boots as these things free the enslaved of the Matrix centralized world. Why do you think they are fighting crypto so hard? It’s taking their control from them and gives the peeps of the world power. Again, the centralized system is from the Beast who is a liar, cheater and deceiver who has kept the peeps under wraps in other words enslaved. Back in 2018, I wrote how ‘The Godfather’ of the banking cartel Jamie Dimon of JPMorgan Chase Bank said he would fire anyone that used Bitcoin; six months later the old fork tongue banker developed their own coin and called it JP Coin a centralized network the sincerest form of flattery which failed miserably; just like the beast as always wanted to be like God and has failed. One thing
I do know, is why are some of the brightest minds in finance, software, networks and computer worlds keep jumping ship and coming to the blockchain space? Could they see the handwriting on the wall as this paradigm shift comes in like the ocean high tide every morning? The government through the Sons of Perdition sees what is happening as the Cat 7 Cyclone takes hold in the world. Their plan is to limit and apply pressure on what Americans and other world nations can purchase, to track and monitor citizens’ expenditures and place limits on the quantity or number of products we purchase. The reality is that both political parties may well be tempted to utilize digital dollars to influence societal behavior and punish transgressors by restraining the ability to use the currency for travel, education and other essential life activities. We are headed inexorably and at warp speed towards a future where the Sons of Perdition through the government is wanting to
control every aspect of our lives which is a new type of plantation of all peeps of haves and have nots where race and culture will not matter only control just like in the movie ‘Minority Report’ or the BORGS saying “you will be assimilated, resistance is futile”. Again, y’all don’t believe especially as the Category 7 mass enslavement cyclone takes hold. One thing I do know the WORD says this will happen, however, there will be two worlds those enslaved in the Matrix of the beast’s system which is the ‘mother of all evils’ and those functioning outside of the beast’s controlled system. We will have a choice! How long? Not Long. Y’all do know the beast looses in the end, but not before the beast take loads of peeps down to the pits of hell. Again, God always gives us a choice and sends warnings. The question is will you take heed or will you swallowed up and enslaved by the waves caused by the beast and his cronies. Fannie Lou Hamer(1917 – 1977) occupies a very unique space in our history and represents thousands of women born and raised in this time and space in our history. For eighteen(18) years she worked as a sharecropper and timekeeper for a Mississippi Delta plantation owner. She was the youngest of twenty(20)children with an 8th grade education. Fannie Lou Hamer was in today’s language an in-demand public speaker. It all started when she attempted to vote but failed the required literacy test. Of course, she was fired and forced to move from place to place for protection. Her husband was not fired immediately because he was a tractor driver and needed to get the crops in on time. Mzuri Moya Aimbaye, an award winning artist, presents an amazing academia One Woman Show. As actress, writer, makeup artist, producer, wardrobe mistress, assistant director, digital editor and more titles I do not have time to list, her performances have been sold
out across the nation, recognized as the BEST SOLO Performance at the Black Theatre Festivals and so much more. Now . . . she is coming to Dallas compliments of the Dallas Chapter of the NAACP.. because our history is priceless. We have the baton now. The best way to describe the “new” Dallas NAACP is in a basic line: “…his truth is marching on”. Dr. Sharon Middlebrooks, President, is a perfect fit for this role. This Madame President grew up in the ‘country club’ spotlight of the unscripted civil rights era; .. meaning there were people working in concert at the top-and-bottom of the civil rights spectrum while gerrymandering was looking for a home, scripted, written, passed and executed into law. Yield: 6 servings Ingredients Ingredient Checklist • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil • 1 (10 ounce) package penne pasta • 3 tablespoons butter, divided • 1 tablespoon minced garlic • 1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, divided • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour • ½ cup chicken broth • 1 cup milk • 2 large tomatoes, chopped • 1 tablespoon lemon juice • 1 teaspoon salt • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese • ½ cup grated Romano cheese

Directions Instructions Checklist • Step 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). • Step 2 Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes. Drain. • Step 3 Heat 1 tablespoon butter and vegetable oil large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add shrimp, 2 tablespoons parsley, and dill. Cook and stir, flipping shrimp halfway, until pink, 3 to 4 minutes. Move shrimp to a plate and set aside. • Step 4 Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons butter in the skillet, stirring into the shrimp juices. Add flour; whisk until fully combined and starting to turn golden, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add chicken broth and milk in that order; whisk to combine. Stir in tomatoes, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Bring sauce to a simmer. • Step 5 Stir 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and Romano cheese into the sauce until cheeses begin to melt and sauce is creamy. Add 1 tablespoon mozzarella cheese. Mix in about 1/2 the cooked penne to start; add more if there is enough sauce to coat. Add the shrimp and stir to combine. Top with the remaining parsley, Parmesan, and mozzarella. • Step 6 Bake in the preheated oven and bake until top is golden and sauce bubbles around the edges of the skillet, 8 to 10 minutes.

Children becomes adults. In the U.S., the arbitrary age of eighteen is the age of adulthood. Finishing twelve years of school occurs around that age, making it logical that adulthood would begin at eighteen. These newly minted adults face several issues and a myriad of opportunities. Let’s consider what one can do when they turn 18. You have the right to vote. Many do not take advantage of this opportunity to be involved in government. Even those who were class presidents or in the student body often do not consider that they can participate in the larger political world. There a number of ways to be involved that one can take advantage of at this age. You become eligible to vote. You can serve on a jury. You can run for state office. We underestimate the power and ability we have to make an impact or to direct our future by exercising these rights. I recently met a woman who loves jury duty. She saw the advantage of being engaged and not shying away from this responsibility. Once a jury has

Debra’s Bits & Pieces Bid For Love PART 1 In 2017, Lawainna Patterson shared her life story in two productions titled, ‘Sister’s of Freedom’ and ‘Sleeping with the Enemy.’ Now in 2022, from the stage to the big screen, she continues to share her story in the film, ‘Bid For Love,’ airing on BET Her, BET Plus and Amazon Prime. and Producer London Williams from Dallas were among the stars as well. I had the pleasure of interviewing two sisters and my former classmates from Carter High School, Lawainna & Shun Patterson. During the interview, Lawainna shared the challenges she faced in her journey. While presenting ‘Sister’s of Freedom,’ she went through a bad break
up. It resulted in her seeing a therapist and the experience from that inspired the second story, ‘Sleeping with the Enemy.’ It all came together in the new film, ‘Bid For Love,’ written for a TV series, but soon to be a Part II. It definitely ended with the audience wanting more. Lawainna is still overwhelmed about this big project and can’t wait to move forward with what lies ahead. “When I did the film, I was thinking about a TV series but it will be a Part II. I picked my own characters and then went to my producers, but I approved them. It was totally different from the play. I tip my hat off to the actors and everyone that is a part of a film because it is a lot of work and very detailed. It was fun,” said Lawainna. She enjoyed working with professional actors from LA, Atlanta, Houston and Dallas. She said it was an ‘Awe’ feeling. She accommodated them in 5-star hotels. She always uses celebrities to make her productions ‘pop.’ The film addresses mental health through the character

I would have never thought I needed to go to therapy, but it opens up a lot. You learn a lot from therapy. It is someone you can talk to. You have to open up and lay everything on the table. I think everybody should go to therapy,” explained Lawainna. She expressed the main message from the film, “I want people to open up and share, to learn from dysfunctional

American representation in Congress increased from four representatives during the 86th Congress (1959-1961) to ten representatives during the 91st Congress (19691971). Members recognized the fact that a black caucus in Congress would provide them with greater visibility and greater political leverage on the issues and concerns of the African-American community. The CBC is focused on the concerns of African Americans, and its priority is also the human and civil rights of all underrepresented people. Although CBC members have been predominantly members of the Democratic party, the founding members envisioned a non-partisan organization that could “promote the public welfare through legislation designed to meet the needs of millions of neglected citizens.” The CBC boasts a long history of bipartisan collaboration. In particular, the CBC had significant collaboration with Republicans, including Senator Edward W. Brooke and Congressman Gary A. Franks.

If you are sitting in a courtroom, you want the ability to decide if your case can be heard by a jury of your peers. While jury duty has gotten a bad reputation, it can be a rewarding experience and is essential to maintaining our democracy. You can create a will. What does an eighteen year old have that they would need a will, you ask? Well, sometimes they have children. Where there are children or property, a person should have a will. For years, I have seen people encounter unexpected events and find themselves in a legal dilemma without having considered the legal consequences of not being prepared. A will lets the world know what you want to be done

You can get married. You can become a rideshare driver. You can give blood. You can buy a car. You can join the military without parental permission. You can become a notary. You can become a truck driver. You can become a real estate agent. You can move out of your parents’ home. Actually, if you became a notary or a truck driver, or a real estate agent, you could make enough income to move out of your parents’ home. Parents who provide this list to their children could brighten the future of an entire household. Just because you can do things at eighteen does not mean you should do things. Even so, years pass and many of us do not take advantage of many opportunities we obtained by turning eighteen. A man I know grew up in the suburbs. Ten years after his eighteenth birthday, he saw, by his own account, that he had lived a sheltered life. It was after life experiences that he realized how much he did not know when he started his adult life. He realized there were many paths that he could have chosen, many roads that could be traveled. My name is Kasey Hall and I'll be 27 this year. These past few months I’ve been really digging and researching trying to find my purpose. I was doing my daily reading a week ago and I came across an article that shared a few words from Agent Lara Burns. The FBI is looking to hire 900 people. As I read the article I was so intrigued to learn that Agent Lara Burns, A woman, is running the counterterrorism program right here in dallas. Urging my generation to apply and just giving us a chance at a change. When you think about government employment opportunities most candidates have a military background and most candidates are men. I didn't want the military route and I used to joke around with my peers just scoping to see how they would feel if I chose certain professions like the CIA or FBI. I’ve always been taken with the idea of someone like me being able to do something like that. I loved watching different movies and reading upon different material that these two professions lie. It is so exciting to me and it's definitely an element I know I can thrive in. After clicking on the link associated with the article for
the employment opportunities; I browsed the options and found two positions that I'm extremely excited about. When I think about building my life and what I expect the outcome to be. I can honestly wholehearted say that Agent Lara Burns has my full attention. I read the requirements and I know what skills are needed to succeed in such a program. Because of Agent Lara Burns I am going back to school and I will harness those skills and when I'm done, I will apply myself to work alongside Lara Burns and the agency. County’s real estate portfolio. Beginning in 2015 and recommended by a citizen committee who reviewed the matter, the ambitious project, spearheaded by Dallas County Commissioner Elba Garcia, took seven years and $200 million to complete. “It took longer than expected to finish, but the results are spectacular,” said Commissioner Garcia, who also serves as Chair of the County Facilities Management Committee. “We now have an efficient, modern, environmentally conscious workspace for our employees and residents to conduct business. And we did it all without raising taxes or taking on any long term debt.” Prior to the renovation, the Records Building was three buildings, built decades apart and loosely connected through a hodgepodge of ramps fitted to uneven floors. There had been no major upgrades in well over 50 years and the complex had tens of millions of dollars in deferred maintenance needs. There was also almost 100,0000 sq. ft. of unusable space that was once the county jail. From planning to completion, the project took almost seven years. This was an incredibly complex project for multiple reasons, one of which was the unique demolition process. Portions of the interior of the building needed to be wholly
reconstructed. “Surgical demolition” methods had to be used to ensure historic pieces of the building were removed undamaged, so they could be reused in the newly renovated structure. Additionally, because of the historic nature of the building and its position overlooking Dealey Plaza, the site of President John F. Kennedy’s assassination, state and city historical agencies had to be consulted and had to approve structural and façade improvements in advance.
Commissioner Garcia was especially proud of the MWBE and SBE participation, “All three major capital projects completed in the past year – the Records Building, the new Oak Cliff Government Center and the South Dallas Government Center have had record-high SBE participation numbers for Dallas County '' she noted. “As Chair of the Facilities Management Committee, I think these numbers really reflect progress for Dallas County when it comes to inclusion.”
There were also delays caused by asbestos and lead paint that had to be carefully removed, as well as removing the bars from the old county jail so they could be preserved. Commissioner Garcia noted “We took the utmost care when it came to environmental concerns and focused on safety, as well as historic preservation. It did cost us extra time, but safety and historic preservation were always critically important to us. And I think you can see that in the results.”
All the County Departments that were previously located throughout downtown Dallas have now been moved into the newly renovated building, creating a “One Stop Shop” for Dallas County residents and business owners. “I’m very proud of what we’ve accomplished here”, Commissioner Garcia said of the project. “I hope this newly renovated facility makes doing business with Dallas County an easier and more pleasant experience for everyone.”
And the results speak for themselves. The Records Building is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver-certified structure, and the first government building in the state to obtain the WELL building standard certification for health and well-being. It has optimized energy performance, offers superior indoor air quality, uses sustainable materials and has a stormwater collection system for water reuse. For the WELL certification, it has improved air handling systems, water purification, natural lighting and healthy food options. Final construction costs were $200 million. MWBE and SBE participation was robust, coming in at 45% of the construction.
The official ribbon-cutting will take place on Monday, August 1, at 9:00AM.

“For Your Health” By Debra Blair Abron “I’m No Doctor Or A Dietician’ But What I Learn I Will Share.” How to use food to help your body fight inflammation
You are what you eat, right? But what does that mean? Learn how your food affects inflammation in your body, and what that means for your health. The term “anti-inflammatory diet” gets thrown around in nutrition conversations a lot these days. But why is inflammation bad for us, anyway? And what does food have to do with it? Inflammation is a part of your body’s normal response to infection or injury. It’s when your damaged tissue releases chemicals that tell white blood cells to start repairing. But sometimes, inflammation is low-grade, spread throughout the body, and chronic. This chronic inflammation can do damage to your body. It can play a role in the buildup of plaque in your arteries that can up your risk of heart disease and stroke. It’s also associated with a higher risk of cancer, diabetes and other chronic conditions.
How your food can help or hurt The choices you make at the grocery store can have an impact on the inflammation in your body. Scientists are still unraveling how food affects the body’s inflammatory processes, but they know a few things. Research shows that what you eat can affect the levels of C-reactive protein (CRP)—a marker for inflammation—in your blood. That could be because some foods like processed sugars help release inflammatory messengers that can raise the risk of chronic inflammation. Other foods like fruits and veggies help your body fight against oxidative stress, which can trigger inflammation. The good news: Foods that are anti-inflammatory tend to be the same foods that can help keep you healthy in other ways, too. So eating with inflammation in mind doesn’t have to be complicated or restrictive. Simple rules of thumb for anti-inflammatory eating: 1. Eat more plants. Whole plant foods have the antiinflammatory nutrients that your body needs. So eating a rainbow of fruits, veggies, whole grains and legumes is the best place to start. 2. Focus on antioxidants. They help prevent, delay or repair some types of cell and tissue damage.
They’re found in colorful fruits and veggies like berries, leafy greens, beets and avocados, as well as beans and lentils, whole grains, ginger, turmeric and green tea. 3. Get your Omega-3s. Omega-3 fatty acids play a role in regulating your body’s inflammatory process and could help regulate pain related to inflammation. Find these healthy fats in fish like salmon, tuna and mackerel, as well as smaller amounts in walnuts, pecans, ground flaxseed and soy. 4. Eat less red meat. Red meat can be proinflammatory. Are you a burger lover? Aim for a realistic goal. Try substituting your lunchtime beef with fish, nuts or soy-based protein a few times a week. 5. Cut the processed stuff. Sugary cereals and drinks, deep-fried food, and pastries are all proinflammatory offenders. They can contain plenty of unhealthy fats that are linked to inflammation. But eating whole fruits, veggies, grains and beans can be quick if you prep ahead for multiple meals
