Glenn would study the descriptions and experiment with coffees from different regions, noticing the differences between them. The hobby had become a passion. For you and I, that would be enough – but not for Glenn.

A trip of a lifetime was planned to Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines.

Then the plans were turned upside down when he was introduced to Sukesi.

Sukesi grew up on a coffee plantation high amongst the smoking volcanos of East Java. You can see where this is going, can’t

Sukesi introduced Glenn to the finer arts of coffee production, from the cherry to the cup and that became Glenn’s new love affair – with Sukesi’s approval

Today, they are happily married with a young daughter, Lalita. It’s her name that gives Glenn and Sukesi’s coffee roasting company its name – Lalico Coffee.

There’s more, but you’ll have to visit their website for the full love story!
