Her ve included estate planning, estate administration, probate, domestic matters including divorce, custody, suppor t, equitable distribution, real estate and litigation.

Currently, Diana, with her twent e years of experience, is the ac ting O ce Manager and in charge of all estate planning and probate matters in the o ce.

Allison E. Thiel (Lead Domestic Relations Attorney) was born and raised in Ligonier, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Ligonier Valley High School in 2003. She attended the Pennsylvania State University from 2003-2007, and law school at the Widener University, School of Law in Harrisburg Pennsylvania, graduating and passing the bar in 2010.

Allison began her employment with David K. Lucas & Associates, PLLC in 2020 after ser ving as judicial law clerk for the Honorable John J Driscoll from 2011 - 2015, and again from 2018 – 2020

Allison is an ac tive member of the Westmoreland County Bar Association and is involved in multiple committees within, including ser ving as past chair of the Young Law yer Committee and Bench/Bar Committee, and past secretar y of the Ned J. Nakles Inns of Cour t. She was named Outstanding Young Law yer of the Year in 2015.

Currently, Allison is the Lead Attorney on all Domestic Relation matters at David K. Lucas & Associates, PLLC.

David K . Lucas is a lifelong resident of Westmoreland County. He att ea School Distric t, The Pennsylvania State University and the University of Dayton School of Law graduating in 1989.
