Chemical elements tend to create links among them with a view to obtaining firmer structure. We consider that in the city there are chemical elements (urban, natural, cultural, etc.), among which bonds are created in order to obtain firmer structure.

These bonds, with the help of the design, create the tractive forces among the elements. This way, stability and equilibrium are established as all elements coexist harmonically.
