Greek cuisine is characteristic of the healthy Mediterranean diet. Greek cuisine incorporates fresh ingredients into a variety of local dishes such as moussaka, pastitsio, classic Greek salad, fasolada, spanakopita and souvlaki. Some sweet desserts include melomakarona, diples and galaktoboureko, and drinks such as ouzo, metaxa and a variety of wines including retsina.

Our school is the 4th Primary School of Pefki. In 1984, construction began on a dormitory for the housing of the 4th Primary School of Pefki at 27 Vryoulon street at Pefki. In 1992 the extension of the faculty during floor storage began and color work was required in approaches.

Pefki is situated 10 kilometers northeast of Athens city center. The municipal unit has an area of 2.176 km2. The built-up area of Pefki is continuous with those of the neighboring suburbs Irakleio, Lykovrysi, Kifisia and Marousi. Pefki consists of two areas: Ano Pefki and Kato Pefki. Pefki is served by Athens Metro Line 1 and by several bus routes.
