GRATUITY:

• Gratuities for Eleven staff and guides are entirely discretionary and not expected. If you choose to leave a gratuity, you can add it to your final bill, which will be charged to your credit card at checkout. The final invoice will offer pre-selected tipping options of 10%, 12%, or 15% of your total trip cost, or the option to enter a custom amount of your choosing. These gratuities are distributed equitably among all staff who contributed to your stay. If a specific team member provides exceptional service, you can leave an additional gratuity for them by clearly indicating their name and the amount at checkout to ensure they receive it directly.

• Tipping is customary in the Bahamas for good service in many places, including restaurants, bars, cafes, hotels, and other service businesses. The amount to tip depends on the service, but a general rule of thumb is 10–15% of the bill. For exceptional service, you can tip closer to 15–20%. Some restaurants and hotels automatically add a gratuity to the bill.
