ThepopulationofZonaAngelesismostlymadeupof youngpeopleoriginatingfromothermunicipalities withlimitedleisureopportunitiesandlongworking hoursFactorssuchasthese,alongwitheducational lagandthelackofculturalactivities,ledustopropose equipmentproposalsthatwouldallowtheresidentsof thisareatoliveabetterday-to-daylifeandenhance theirskills,aswellasencourageinteractionamong communitymembers.
TheIdeasFactorywasspecificallydesignedto strengthentheidentityoftheParrensecommunity throughtheuseofvernacularmaterialssuchasreeds, steel,earthblocks,andvaultedroofsinspiredbythe emblematicParrasTextileFactory.Withfreeaccessto theinternetandcomputers,theIdeasFactorybecomes asafeandopenspaceforeducation,teamwork, entrepreneurship,andthedevelopmentofgreat dreamsandideas Individualproject.

LocatedintheCenterofApodacainthestateofNuevo León,therestaurantMargarettaaimstofulfillthe clientsdesiretoexpandtheirrestaurantbusinessinto anewventureofItaliancuisine.
Beingacommercialestablishment,thebuildingmust captureattentionfromtheexteriorandinvitepotential usersinside.Therefore,oneofthemostessential premisesoftheprojectwastotakethesouthwest facadeasthemainprotagonist.Thisisbecause, thankstotheadjacentrightofwayandthedirectionof trafficflow,itallowsforabroaderviewtowardsthe building.Thisledtopositioningtheparkingandservice areaattherear,anditisthroughthecorridorofarches andvegetationthatthebuildingaccompaniesvisitors ontheirjourneytowardstheentrance.
Thetowerwithverticalmetallatticeandhanging vegetationhousesthedouble-heightlobbytosurprise fromtheveryfirstmomentandtounifythemateriality ofbothfloorsfromtheoutside.
