My name is Eleazar Martínez, but everybody calls me Ele.
I am graduated in Architecture at the Girona college (UdG), in Catalonia, Spain. I consider myself as a hard-working, disciplined and reliable person with good interpersonal skills.
Native Catalan and Spanish speaker, fluent in English. I enjoy being creative, designing and approaching into the technical details to make sure the feasibility of the execution of the works and being aware of the timings or sequencings required in the full process.
Oriented to the BIM methodology I am always interested in innovation technologies, but comfortable to work within conservatives methodologies such as CAD or sketches. I have reliable experience leading teams and/or being a productive part of them.

Para PMMT;
Gracias por haber dedicado tiempo a revisar mi Portfolio y llegar hasta aquí. Por mi parte, he estado siguiendo el desarrollo de PMMT desde que empezase a trabajar en el Hospital de Al Ain de Emiratos Árabes, por allá el 2018. El motivo fue un contacto en LinkedIN que había solicitado trabajar para mi anterior empresa pero para mejor cambio, finalmente entró con vosotros. Empecé a indagar y supe que PMMT podría ser una empresa en la que mi perfil pudiera encajar una vez terminase mi trabajo en el Hospital de EAU. Me alegra comprobar que dicho contacto sigue en vuestra plantilla, es un excelente indicativo.
En una ventana de oportunidad, apliqué a una posición vuestra estando todavía en el extranjero que no prosperó, pero aun así seguí muy al tanto de vuestro desarrollo. Ya en Barcelona, y durante la pandemia, aprovechaba algún momento para incorporarme en alguna reunión de Zoom en la que erais entrevistados por vuestra respuesta arquitectónica a la pandemia CoVID. También adquirí vuestro cuaderno nº 147 de editorial TC sobre la Arquitectura Sanitaria.
Esta primavera finalicé mi contratación en mi anterior empresa y decidí actualizar el CV y enviarlo a PMMT a través del correo que conservaba del proceso anterior. Un poco a “puerta fría” quizás, pero con el mismo interés que antaño. Mi principal motivo para llegar a un acuerdo de finalización de contrato es que tanto circunstancias externas como internas en las compañías derivaron en una implicación mía de 2 años enteros sin prácticamente nada de vacaciones (como referencia, esos dos años implican proyectos desde la página 4 a la 19 de este portfolio). He de agradecer el apoyo recibido de algunos antiguos compañeros pero también de la familia, y he podido recuperar fuerzas después de hacer una serie de viajes que tenia pendiente realizar.
Recientemente una de estas compañeras me puso en contacto con Hugo, que necesitaba un poco de apoyo para finalizar su TFG en Arquitectura, ya que actualmente es el jefe de obra para la constructora que ejecuta vuestro Nou Hospital Evangèlic de Barcelona. Ha sido para mí un placer apoyar a Hugo y, habiendo entregado ya el proyecto, le deseo lo mejor tanto en el último tramo académico como en lo laboral. En una de las revisiones de su trabajo le pregunté sobre como era trabajar con vosotros y no solo tuvo buenas palabras, sino que muy amablemente me comentó que podia intentar establecer vínculo aprovechando que ahora estabais buscando arquitectos para vuestras oficinas.
Sin extenderme más, para mí sería un auténtico placer poder tener un tiempo para conocernos de manera presencial ahora que las circunstancias lo permiten, si lo encontráis conveniente, claro.
