Terms A buyer’s premium will be added to the hammer price of all purchases. The buyer’s premium is 25 percent of the final bid price up to and including $500,000, and 10 percent of the final bid price over $500,000.

Bidders holding a Massachusetts or out-of-state resale number must provide the certificate or copy thereof when registering to bid or otherwise will be required to pay 6.25% Massachusetts sales tax on purchases.
