Terms A buyer’s premium will be added to the hammer price of all purchases. The buyer’s premium is 25 percent of the final bid price up to and including $500,000, and 10 percent of the final bid price over $500,000.

We accept checks, cash, money orders and wire transfers for payment.

Due to the increasing volume of fraudulent activity, Eldred’s will not accept credit card payments for any purchases made in this auction.

Bidders holding a Massachusetts or out-of-state resale number must provide the certificate or copy thereof when registering to bid or otherwise will be required to pay 6.25% Massachusetts sales tax on purchases. Items picked up in or shipped to Connecticut are subject to 6.35% Connecticut sales tax. Residents of other states may be subject to state and local sales taxes.
